Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist with plenty of experience, you’ve come to the right place. Early in my career I was the Director of the Professional Clinic at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, that is until I realized I was happier as a worker bee as opposed to being the queen bee. I taught a few of the introductory classes while there and later in my career taught a 21-hour workshop in Massage Cupping and Bodywork Therapy.  

I am licensed in North Carolina, license #22598, and Illinois, license # 227.004157, serving Connestee Falls and the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.

In practice since 1987, I am trained in a variety of modalities. I recently completed continuing education hours in Pediatric Myofascial Release in Asheville, NC.

 Visit the "Services & Rates" page to learn about the techniques offered. I customize each session by combining different therapeutic approaches based on the client’s needs on the day of the appointment. There is no extra charge for using multiple methods in a session.
