Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Swedish Massage forms the foundation of my work, enhanced by a personalized blend of additional techniques developed through ongoing learning and experience. Each session is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs on the day of the appointment, with no extra charge for combining modalities.
Seniors 80 and over received $5 off 60 minutes or $10 off 90 minutes.
Oncology Massage is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients. Cancer patients have unique needs which must be addressed to make sure that a massage is beneficial to their health. I focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into. I sometimes blend several energetic approaches into one session.
One specialty is gentle myofascial therapy for scar tissue, which can help increase range of motion in restricted areas.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
My deep tissue work is approached in a non-invasive way, frequently beginning with Massage Cupping—a modern adaptation of Traditional Chinese Cupping—to hydrate tissues before applying deeper techniques. This process softens the tissue, much like a sponge absorbing water, making the work more effective and comfortable. Clients are advised to drink plenty of water afterward to support the body’s natural detoxification process.

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a “life force”, and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.
I have trained in multiple energetic and therapeutic methods, including Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, and Reiki (both of which are ongoing areas of study). I also recognize the value of practices like QiGong and meditation in supporting overall wellness. I integrate these methods with Swedish and Neuromuscular Therapy for a holistic and intuitive approach.
I don't consider myself an energy worker but my therapist friends do!
Infant Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically to promote the healthy development of your infant. Caring human touch is crucial for a healthy thriving baby, and the benefits of massaging your infant are potent and numerous. For example, many infants show improved growth and development of the brain and nervous system. Infant massage has also been shown to improve the quality of a baby's sleep, as well as strengthening their immune system.

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.
My approach is rooted in Swedish Massage, enriched by a diverse blend of therapeutic and energetic techniques developed through extensive training and personal experience. Each session is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs on the day of the appointment, with no extra charge for combining modalities.
As a certified specialist in Neuromuscular Therapy, I first studied this technique early in my career and later experienced its profound healing benefits firsthand following a serious car accident that nearly ended my practice. This personal connection has added depth and empathy to the care I provide.

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Gua Sha, also known as the Graston Technique or scraping therapy, is a manual therapy technique that involves using a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin. A layer of oil or lotion is applied beforehand to reduce friction and minimize discomfort during the process. This technique may cause temporary skin discoloration—often referred to as petechiae or “sha”—which results from increased blood flow to the area. This is believed to help promote circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support tissue hydration and mobility. Gua Sha can be especially effective in targeting tight or restricted areas. I often teach clients how to safely use these tools at home as part of their self-care routine.
This is provided, as needed, at no extra charge.

Housecall Parties are a great way to introduce newcomers to massage, and children are welcome with certain conditions. Each party requires a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 sessions, each lasting 30 minutes at $50 per session. The host receives a free session.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the room. Teens aged 16–18 need parental consent, with a parent or guardian present to complete paperwork and show valid ID.

🔹 Fascial Cupping
Also known as myofascial decompression, this technique uses suction cups to lift the skin and underlying tissues.
Health Benefits:
Improves circulation – Promotes blood flow to stagnant or congested areas, which can help relieve sinus congestion and inflammation.
Releases muscle tension – Particularly helpful in relieving tension headaches and neck stiffness by reducing tightness in the fascia.
Lymphatic drainage – Encourages detoxification and helps reduce fluid buildup, which can contribute to pressure and headaches.
🔹 Gua Sha
This involves scraping the skin gently with a smooth-edged tool, typically made from jade or quartz.
Health Benefits:
Reduces inflammation – Gua sha is known to decrease pro-inflammatory markers, which may help with headache triggers.
Encourages lymphatic flow – Useful in clearing sinus congestion and puffiness.
Relieves tension – Often used on the neck and shoulders, where tension can contribute to migraines and tension headaches.
Boosts immune response – Anecdotal and some research-based evidence suggest it can help the body recover more quickly from colds and congestion.
